Onebit provides technology services, including (but not limited to) managed services, monitoring platforms, security engineering, infrastructure design, and related software applications ("Services"). Specific service scope may be defined in a separate agreement (MSA/SOW/Proposal). If a separate written agreement exists, it will control in case of conflict with these Terms.
2. Eligibility & Accounts
- You must provide accurate information when creating an account (if applicable).
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities under your account.
- You must notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access or misuse.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the Services. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Attempting to gain unauthorized access to systems, networks, or data
- Disrupting or degrading service availability (e.g., abuse, DoS attempts)
- Uploading malware or harmful code
- Using the Services for unlawful or infringing activities
- Bypassing security controls or access restrictions
4. Customer Data & Privacy
You retain ownership of your data. You grant Onebit the limited right to process your data solely to provide the Services. Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.
If your use involves Google OAuth/Google APIs, data access is limited to authorized scopes and handled in accordance with Google API Services User Data Policy.
5. Third-Party Integrations
The Services may integrate with third-party products or APIs (e.g., Google APIs). Your use of third-party services is subject to their own terms and policies. Onebit is not responsible for third-party outages or changes outside our control.
6. Intellectual Property
- Onebit retains all rights, title, and interest in the Services, including software, designs, branding, and documentation.
- You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from the Services except as permitted by law or written agreement.
7. Service Availability & Changes
We aim to keep the Services available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services, including features and integrations, to maintain security, comply with regulations, or improve performance.
8. Fees & Payment (If Applicable)
Some Services may be provided under paid subscription or project-based agreements. Pricing, billing terms, and payment schedules will be stated in a proposal, invoice, or separate contract. Late payments may result in suspension of Services.
9. Disclaimers
The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Onebit disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Onebit will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities, arising out of or related to your use of the Services.
Where liability cannot be excluded, Onebit’s liability will be limited to the amount paid by you to Onebit for the relevant Services in the applicable period, unless a separate agreement states otherwise.
11. Suspension & Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the Services if you violate these Terms, pose a security risk, or if required by law. You may stop using the Services at any time. Terms that by their nature should survive termination (e.g., IP, disclaimers, limitations) will survive.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in Indonesia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, unless otherwise specified in a separate written agreement.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms periodically. Updates will be published on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of the Services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
